Perinatal Counselling & Support

Perinatal Psychology at Open Minds Studio

Your body, mind, and entire lifestyle undergo profound changes when you're expecting or welcoming a new child into the world. From hormonal shifts to changes in your relationships, identity, and values, this journey can be both beautiful and overwhelming.

At Open Minds Studio, our psychologists are trained to understand the unique challenges of the perinatal period. We provide compassionate support for individuals and couples navigating pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, birth trauma, fertility struggles, or difficulty adjusting, we offer a safe space to explore your emotions and discover what you need during this stage of life.

Our sessions focus on supporting your mental well-being, strengthening the parent-infant bond, and helping you navigate this transformative time with confidence and care.
